Location: Glendale, AZ - MCCCD - Glendale Community College - 6000 W. Olive Avenue, Glendale AZ 85302

Duration: 1 year + Tentative start date: April 15, 2024

Rate: $18/hr on W2

Interviews: Interviews will be in person. The resource MUST be able to clear a 7 year Package A background, and sign a non-disclosure agreement. This posting will be closed on 4/11/2024 @ 3:00pm.

To ensure they are clean, sanitary and in orderly condition.

Essential Duties

Sweeps, mops, waxes and vacuums floors/carpets Dusts, polishes and waxes furniture Cleans restrooms, locker rooms and equipment Inspects and performs minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures Empties trash Moves furniture and equipment Prepares, paints, strips and/or resurfaces various surfaces Washes and cleans walls, windows and vents Inspects and maintains facilities during vacation periods Performs assigned tasks in response to requests and complaints Adheres to applicable policies and procedures Keeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working condition Performs other duties as assigned
