Associate Attorney

Cohen & Cohen, Law Corporation is a small well-established law firm that handles an interesting and diverse caseload involving a myriad of issues including attorney-client fee disputes, construction defects cases, neighbor disputes, legal malpractice claims, business interference claims, contract disputes, partnership disputes, failure to disclose disputes, and more.

We provide personal attention to our clients and take pride in successfully representing them and building lasting relationships.

We are looking for someone to join our team who shares a passion for problem-solving, enjoys research, and excels in strategizing to overcome what appears to be insurmountable challenges. We require a minimum of 5 years litigation experience in business and real estate, including drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. This is an on-premises position.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Commensurate with experience, ranging from $150,000 - $190,000
