If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and growing your career, Bergstrom is the place for you!What You'll DoManage and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments.Prepare and send invoices to guests and follow up on outstanding payments.Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address any payment issues with guests or internal departments.Monitor aging reports and coordinate collection efforts to minimize overdue accounts.Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.Communicate effectively with vendors and other departments to provide exceptional service and resolve billing inquiries.Support the finance department with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - 100% in officePay starting at $18.00-$23.00/hour based on experience. OT is available!What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.Our Commitment to YouAt Bergstrom Automotive, we value our team members and are dedicated to providing a supportive and rewarding workplace.
