Starting pay $50.00/hour+ DOE PM & NOC Shift Opportunities Supportive leadership team Collaborative, team-focused culture Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Continuing education and training Comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees Make a difference every day in the lives of our residents What You’ll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will: Supervise day-to-day nursing operations during your assigned shift Provide leadership, direction, and support to LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants Deliver exceptional resident-centered nursing care Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting Participate in care planning, quality assurance, and infection prevention initiatives Assist with staff education and mentoring Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents and staff Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR Certification Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Passion for serving seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is: A strong clinical leader Compassionate and resident-focused Dependable and accountable Calm under pressure A positive team player Committed to providing exceptional care and mentoring fellow caregivers At Roseville Care Center, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated nursing team while making a lasting impact on the lives of our residents every day.
