Operations Supervisor

Lunds & Byerlys St. Cloud is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $17.30-$22.00/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pmFor this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 2:00pm-10:00pm.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
  • Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
2. Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
3. Previous supervisory experience desired
