Your responsibilities include utilizing our cutting-edge platform and your personal network to find prospective healthcare candidates, engaging potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest, scheduling meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations, following up with leads to bolster their interest and assist in their hiring journey, ensuring that records in our applicant tracking system are kept current and accurate, and generating earnings based on meetings arranged, interviews facilitated, and successful hires attributed to your efforts.

Qualifications for success include exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, a self-starting, proactive approach, a genuine passion for outreach, building connections, and aiding individuals in taking meaningful steps in their careers, and no prior recruiting experience required — if you're organized and resourceful, we will guide your learning.

This role operates on a commission-only model, allowing for unlimited earning potential and absolutely no cap on your success. Your earnings will correlate to the genuine value you create, including commission for each qualified meeting you facilitate, extra earnings from interviews conducting as a result of your outreach, multipliers on commissions from new business you bring in, bonus commissions connected to placements originating from your leads, and opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
