Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Sales experience preferred. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Self-motivated. Detail oriented. Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life & Health license (must be able to obtain). Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
