As a therapist, you will be supported by an administrative team that handles logistical needs, freeing you to focus on patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on best practices. Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others depending on client needs. Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to every client’s care. Offer crisis intervention services for clients in urgent distress, demonstrating empathy and professional expertise in high-pressure situations. Participate in community outreach programs and workshops designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness, reinforcing our commitment to community engagement. Qualifications Possess an active, independent LMFT license in the state of California. Hold a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively serve varied populations, adapting therapeutic methods to meet their unique needs. Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively while ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and assessment purposes. Experience in community outreach or educational initiatives promoting mental health awareness. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
