What We Are Looking For:

• Service management or advisor experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Comfortable with dealership software and technology.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team.

• Someone who takes pride in customer service and operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments.
• Lead and support advisors, technicians, and parts personnel.
• Improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Help continue growing a strong fixed operations department.
• Work closely with dealership leadership to improve processes and performance.
