Assistant Service Manager

Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a well spoken individual to assist the Service Manager with daily administrative duties, acting as a customer service advocate and writing a small portion of RO's. This position is not a Service Advisor position. Managing and coaching others, leading by example and routinely training with the Service Advisors and Service Manager will be needed.

Income: 100K Annually (Base + Commission on Labor Gross Profit)

Requirements:

• Minimal 3+ years experience as a service advisor OR 3+ years as a technician
• CDJR experience is greatly preferred but not required
• World class customer service skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Highly proficient computer literacy
• Disciplined in following procedure without supervision
• Detail oriented
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read the situation and adjust accordingly
• Consistent high performing sales/customer satisfaction scores
• Ability to work Saturday rotation

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:30AM-6:00PM
• Weekend availability 7:30AM-10:00AM every 4th Saturday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Automotive industry: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
