Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial), Materials Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership and scheduling within a wafer fabrication facility. 10 years of experience in people management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial), Materials Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership and scheduling within a wafer fabrication facility. 10 years of experience in people management. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. Experience in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and its operational implementation for process monitoring and yield stability. Proven experience in managing the operational aspects of a larger III-V fab in the US or equivalent. Experience capacity planning and factory simulation within a complex, large-scale, high-mix/high-volume semiconductor environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, JMP) to drive data-based decisions for metrics and reporting. Excellent communication, people-management, and change management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
