Job Title: Talent Experience Specialist / Recruiting Coordinator

Duration: 6 months

Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid)

On-site Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Hours: 9 to 5

Talent Experience Specialist | Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• .3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related field
• .Solution and customer service oriented
• .Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• .Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• .Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• .Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• .Passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience
