You will perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. You will administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families on changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition. You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well-being of patients. You will oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Required: Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher. High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care.
