Remote Product Support & Data Implementation Specialist

Jigsaw is seeking a proactive remote-based Support Engineer to join our US team. Youll spend ~80% of your time on live support, resolving issues via email and Teams, and the rest on data implementations and cross-team collaboration.
youll help clients import data, transform charts with AI tooling, train users, and contribute to product feedback. This role overlaps with our Sydney team 2-6pm Pacific Time, enabling strong collaboration across time zones.
