Assistant Manager – Commercial Cleaning (Part-Time, Evenings)
Location: Troy, MI & Surrounding Areas (Rochester, Pontiac, Utica)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM
Hours: 3-6 hours per night, 15 hours/week guaranteed
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour | Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
- Perform and oversee cleaning across multiple commercial buildings
- Train and support team members to maintain quality standards
- Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly
- Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Willing to travel between multiple job sites (paid drive time provided)
- Commercial cleaning or related experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using a mobile app for job tracking and reporting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers
- Willing to follow sterile cleaning protocols (PPE and scrubs provided)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
