We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping teams organized, communicating clearly, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will bring solid administrative experience, confidence handling phone-based interactions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls courteously, assist customers with questions, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and help organize appointments and internal communications.
• Prepare, update, and organize records, documents, and other administrative materials with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide general support to staff by managing correspondence, tracking tasks, and following up on outstanding items.
• Welcome visitors and handle front-office interactions in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
