Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials valid for work in schools
• Previous experience supporting elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy approaches and IEP processes
• Compassionate, patient communicator able to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff
• Ability to organize schedules and manage time across a diverse caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to support student participation and success in academic and daily activities
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to set measurable goals in IEP meetings
• Document progress, maintain student records, and communicate regularly with educators and families
• Adapt evidence-based interventions to support each student's unique strengths and challenges
