Fresno, CA | $25–$32/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno.

This is a primarily in-person position focused on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships and helping seniors with their Medicare needs. You’ll work directly with our clients to answer questions, help resolve issues and make sure they receive the personal attention they deserve.

Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Scheduling

A traditional full-time daytime schedule is available for candidates looking for standard business hours.

We are also open to part-time and flexible schedules, including schedules during normal business hours. Depending on the position and our business needs, early-morning and evening schedules may also be available.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist our clients face-to-face, providing friendly and personalized customer service
Build strong relationships with our clients
Assist clients with questions, customer service needs and Medicare coverage issues
Follow through to make sure our clients’ questions and issues are fully resolved
Communicate with health plans, providers and our internal team
Maintain accurate client information and notes
Assist clients by phone when needed
Receive additional training to assist clients with Medicare enrollments as you gain experience

Professional and positive in their interactions with clients and coworkers
Organized and detail-oriented
Motivated to grow and take on greater responsibility

Previous experience in customer service, banking, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, medical offices or another customer-facing profession is a plus.

No Medicare experience is required. We will train the right person.

Compensation

$25–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
