What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries in both English and a second language.
• Handling non-routine inquiries that require research and adaptation from standard procedures.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and inquiries.
• Initiating or processing adjustments, performing research, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Responding to and assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as assigned by management.
• Offering feedback and recommendations to management regarding customer issues and process improvements.
• Assisting with the training of new employees and cross-training coworkers to ensure departmental standards are met.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Possess at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of experience.
• Are fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Demonstrate strong active listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.
• Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
