We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a service-focused team in Columbia, South Carolina. This Contract to Permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates clearly, and can stay organized in a moderately fast-moving call center setting. The person in this role will support customer interactions across phone and order-related activities while using Microsoft Office tools to keep information accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls with accuracy and a helpful approach.

• Place outbound calls as needed to provide updates, gather information, or resolve open customer issues.

• Enter and maintain order details carefully, ensuring records are complete and current.

• Assist customers with questions, service requests, and general account-related concerns.

• Use Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage communication, document activity, and track basic information.

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a steady to fast-paced environment.

• Follow workplace expectations for attendance, scheduling, and a business casual presentation with attention to detail.

• Support team service goals by delivering courteous interactions and timely follow-up.

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer support environment.

• Background in customer service with a strong focus on professionalism and problem resolution.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing daily priorities.

• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound calls as part of regular responsibilities.

• Experience with order entry or related data input tasks is preferred.

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with a one-hour lunch break.
