Position Summary

We are seeking a  Telemedicine Clinical Coordinator (TCC) to support healthcare providers during telemedicine visits. The TCC works directly with patients to collect vital signs and medical information, assist with telemedicine technology, and ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

Candidates must hold a current CNA, MA, or LVN license/certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient support during scheduled telemedicine visits.
• Review patient information, obtain medical history, and document vital signs and observations.
• Ensure required consent forms are completed before the visit.
• Assist patients with connecting to the provider and operate the phone/iPad or other telemedicine equipment during the visit.
• Communicate with providers and administrative staff to coordinate patient visits.
• Ensure telemedicine equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and respectful patient care.
• Follow company policies, procedures, dress code, and infection-control guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current  CNA, MA, or LVN license/certification .
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience working in a  Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Assisted Living Facility .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Comfortable using mobile devices, telemedicine equipment, and basic technology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and infection-control practices.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to travel to patient locations, including homes and skilled nursing facilities, as required.
