EOE, including disability/vets. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Serve beverages and food promptly, accurately, and courteously, following standard recipes and portion control. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and other hotel outlets to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. Prepare, stock, and maintain the bar, including garnishes, perishables, and supplies, based on daily projections. Handle cash and register transactions accurately, ensuring accountabilities for all beverages served. Check guests for proper identification and manage guest inebriation according to training and local liquor laws. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas, adhering to operating procedures. Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers. Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support and clear communication. Follow all safety procedures and report any accidents or incidents to management. Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management. Daily Activities Delight guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special. Prepare and serve beverages: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction. Maintain bar operations: Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service. Process payments efficiently and accurately: Use the point‑of‑sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers. Monitor product quality: Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage‑related items. Address guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment. Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being. Expectations Maintain a professional demeanor, including polite language, positive attitude, and courteous interactions. Stay informed about hotel operations, restaurant hours, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Ensure all service procedures are executed according to hotel standards. Qualifications Experience in hospitality or bartending preferred. Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership.
