Description What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much more, following established guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy in test results, troubleshoot unexpected findings, and maintain lab instruments through regular preventive upkeep and calibration.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for lab testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new employees or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Keep a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Earn your ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
