Retina Partners Midwest, a 25+ year retina-only practice in Indianapolis, is seeking a retina specialist to join our growing team in 2026 or 2027. We welcome experienced retina surgeons and also encourage exceptional fellowship graduates with strong clinical and surgical skills to apply. About the Opportunity Join a respected, physician-owned retina practice with a strong and longstanding referral network. Work alongside 3 retina partners in a collaborative, collegial environment. Partnership opportunity after 2 years. ASC buy-in opportunity. Building ownership opportunity. Guaranteed salary with bonus beginning in year 1. Call averages approximately 7 weeks per year. Minimal travel to 2 nearby satellite locations, each within 45 minutes. New custom-designed 40,000-square-foot facility opened in 2025. Benefit from a broader Midwest Eye Institute network that includes 7 additional retina specialists and 17 ophthalmic subspecialists, including cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
