Electrical Design Engineer

Job Position: Lead Electrical Design Engineer Job Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities Lead product category by providing ideas for innovation, directing projects, and overseeing category engineers including staffing needs and periodical evaluations Electrical circuit design for car wash control system including pumps, blowers, solenoids, push buttons, e-stops, photo eyes, pressure sensors, etc. Establish, document, and maintain controls system standards including drawing templates, AutoCAD blocks, startup procedures and troubleshooting guides Produce drawings of control panels and field wiring diagrams Create documentation checklists, issue communication and quality related support bulletins Support control panel building operations as the conduit for engineering knowledge and requirements Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes Work Environment and Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation.
