ED Technician, Full Time, Days - 12hr shift
Facilitates the provision of timely and effective patient care under the supervision of licensed members of the health team. Helps maintain a safe and clean environment in order to enhance department operations and patient satisfaction. Patient care is delivered consistent with the model and philosophy of relationship-based care; putting the patient first.
- Medical terminology
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of infection control and aseptic technique
- BLS from American Heart Association
- LA City Fire card within 6 months of employment
- Non-violent Crisis Intervention (VIP) within 3 months of employment
- Prior hospital experience as ER Tech, CNA, Unit Secretary or Registration
Minimum Salary: $23.00
Maximum Salary: $39.00
