Hennepin Arts seeks a full-time HR Generalist reporting to the AVP of Human Resources to implement programs and policies that foster a productive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. You will handle recruiting, onboarding, HR policy administration, payroll support, and DEIAB initiatives across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to drive organizational effectiveness. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years HR experience are required; SHRM certification is a #J-18808-Ljbffr Hennepin Arts
