Receptionist

We have an immediate need for a Receptionist at a leading company conveniently located in Clifton NJ. This is a full time direct hire opportunity that offers an excellent salary and benefits package. Please note this role requirements being bilingual in English/Spanish.
Job Duties Include:
- Answer and manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system promptly
- Route calls to appropriate staff members with accuracy.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Provide basic administrative support including scanning, filing, sort incoming/outgoing mail, etc.
Job Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years experience of managing a multi-line phone system.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
