CNC Setup Machinist
Location: Warminster, PA
Shift: First Shift
Pay: $25-$28+/hour

Job Responsibilities for CNC Setup Machinist
Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills and lathes to produce quality parts.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
Install and replace tooling, perform offsets, and make machine adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to maintain production efficiency and part quality.
Follow quality standards and production requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications for CNC Setup Machinist
Minimum of 3 years of CNC setup experience preferred.
Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
