Multimodality Technologist – US/M, 10K Bonus (939852) Works under minimal supervision with physicians to perform MRI, CT, US, Mammography, and diagnostic imaging exams, protocols, accreditation, operations, and equipment maintenance. Screen patients for contrast allergies, contraindications, implants, metallic devices, foreign objects, and appropriateness. Discuss findings with radiologist, ordering provider, or physicist. Document changes in electronic health record. Participate in patient hand-off, interview patient, obtain medical history, explain procedures, and instruct on requirements. Assist physicians as needed. Ensure images and records are fully and accurately completed. Complete exam charges and image documentation promptly. Administer oral and/or IV contrast material, observe for adverse reactions. Assist patient with fall risk assessment, dressing, positioning, and transport to and from exam room. Communicate with patients and families regarding tests. Perform daily and monthly quality control testing. Place service calls for equipment. Maintain archival and quality control measures. Participate in accreditation imaging requirements. Post-process images on equipment and remote workstations, including MIPing, MPR, 3‑D rendering, color mapping, ADC mapping, cardiac analysis, spectroscopy, and T1/T2 calculations. Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs. Respond to inquiries, emails, and shift handoffs. Manage workflow and equipment scheduling. Participate in orientation and training for new hires and students. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Prioritize exams and manage patient flow. Maintain patient confidentiality and secure workstations. Participate in research duties such as interacting with human‑subjects participants, maintaining, modifying, or releasing research records. Perform other duties as assigned.
