Recruiting Specialist

Position Summary This role combines full-cycle recruiting execution with recruiting operations and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who can independently manage requisitions while also ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition creation through onboarding. Key Scope of Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried, professional, technical, and operational positions.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, assess talent, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, background checks, I-9 completion, new hire orientation, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and compliance documentation within Workday.
• Support recruiting metrics, process improvements, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contractor requirements.

• 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, skilled trades, operations, or corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
• Experience supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Experience using Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or another ATS.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working onsite in Reading, PA four days per week.

They should be comfortable sourcing talent, partnering with hiring managers, managing candidates through the hiring process, and supporting onboarding activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
