divh2Operations Associate, Wealth/h2pOperations Associate, Wealth is a client-centric position that requires the individual to manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax. The individual will also be responsible for researching doctors and prescriptions, making outbound calls to clients for appointment confirmations, and verifying necessary information for client and advisor meetings. This role involves building positive relationships with clients, updating and maintaining the client CSR database, processing claims on behalf of clients, and advocating for clients through service challenge escalations.
