Behavioral Health Case Manager
Kennedy Services
Kennedy Services is seeking a Case Manager to support a health services program for clients in Baltimore County and surrounding areas. You will conduct in-home assessments, coordinate services, and advocate for participants with providers and agencies. Regular travel is required. The role is a long-term contract with a typical 35-hour work week; telework up to two days per week may be available after training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
