Associate Creative Director - Art

Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art for our Creative Department.

You’ll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. Connecting Data & Creativity for Business Results is working for our clients and creating a flywheel affect fueling both client and agency growth. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN. Relocation assistance may be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with the CCO, Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and team
• Partner with a Copywriter to come up with killer TV, social and digital campaigns
• Working with some of the best brands on the planet, and doing it from Knoxville, TN
• Coming up with ideas no one on earth has thought of
• Sell those ideas and create breakthrough TV, social, and digital work
• Own Projects. Take pride in your work. Contribute to your 401K
• Present work to clients and senior leadership with confidence and pizazz
• Work on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily executions because that’s showbiz baby
