Reentry Employment Specialist & Job Readiness Counselor

The Kintock Group in Newark, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to develop employment opportunities and provide job readiness training for a reentry population. Responsibilities include maintaining a bank of employment opportunities, assisting employers, empowering clients with knowledge of employment laws, and conducting training sessions. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Business and experience in human services.
