Data & Reporting Analyst – Workday

Milwaukee, WI – Onsite
Contract: July–November
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst with strong Workday Report Writer experience to support HR analytics, reporting, and data quality initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys turning complex HR data into accurate, actionable insights for business leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and maintain Workday reports across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Develop dashboards and HR analytics that provide leadership with meaningful workforce insights.
• Research and troubleshoot data discrepancies, audits, and quality issues.
• Gather requirements and partner with HR and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Improve and automate reporting processes while exploring new analytics tools.
• Ensure accurate, secure handling and distribution of confidential HR data.

What We’re Looking For

• Workday Report Writer experience – required
• Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Workday PRISM experience – a plus
