Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

$45–$48/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from illness, injury, neurological conditions, and swallowing disorders while helping them achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
• Provide therapy focused on communication skills, cognitive function, and dysphagia management
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support continuity of care
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
