Job Summary: As a Receptionist at SkinLife MedSpa, you will be our clients' first point of contact. Your role will be essential in creating a positive and friendly atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and answer inquiries about our services. Check-in clients upon arrival and verify their information in our database. Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth client flow and minimize waiting times. Handle payment processing and maintain accurate financial records. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Maintain knowledge of all available treatments and promotions to effectively assist clients. Address client concerns and elevate complex issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using office software and electronic scheduling systems. Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-centric attitude. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of client interactions.
