Physical Therapist: Per Diem, Atlantic Rehabilitation, Pompton Plains

Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Outpatient ortho Physical Therapist to join our team in the outpatient team at our Pompton Plains location. The potential shifts are Monday 11a-7p, Wednesday 10a-6p, and Friday 8a-4p. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members. Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care. Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed. Provide interventions, patient and family education, documentation, and billing. Participate in orientation of new staff, clinical instruction for students, and competency development. Exercise independent judgement on moderately complex cases with minimal supervision.
