Primary Talent Partners has a 3 month contract opening for a Facilities Specialist to join a national real estate management company for an onsite position operating out of Shelton, CT. Pay: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr Contract: 3 months, extensions likely, conversion possible Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship, no benefits or PTO, ACA compliant medical package available Hours: 6am - 2pm M-F Onsite: This is a 100% onsite position with responsibilities split between two locations: Enfield, CT and Shelton, CT. The reporting location may vary throughout the week, and the resource should be flexible to work from either office as directed by the manager. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility operations across multiple sites, partnering with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage and coordinate vendor and contractor activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with service expectations and timelines. Monitor and drive work orders to completion, proactively identifying and resolving issues while providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, operational support, and a high level of customer service. Independently prioritize competing tasks, make sound decisions, and follow through on action items in a fast-paced environment. Support day-to-day facilities operations by coordinating maintenance activities, addressing site-related concerns, and ensuring a safe and functional workplace across assigned locations. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution. Qualifications: College degree preferred though not required; high school diploma required. 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace services, operations, or a related field. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
