Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive women's health services to the membership through office services, deliveries, and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures. Deliver compassionate, appropriate, and effective patient care. Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to ethical principles and sensitivity to a diverse patient population. Show systems-based practice and use health care resources effectively. Maintain regular office hours and take primary and backup calls, including weekends and holidays. Attend scheduled departmental meetings and participate on assigned committees. Assist with departmental recruitment efforts. Demonstrate community involvement to promote the department, Southwest Medical, and Optum. Monday-Friday office schedule; no clinic schedule on call days. Hospital call is offsite only; calls are shared equally. Full scope GYN practice with major and minor procedure days. Excellent access to GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU physicians. Collegial group meetings scheduled monthly. Required Qualifications Board certified/Board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Completed Obstetrics/Gynecology residency program. Medical license in Nevada or ability to obtain prior to start. DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual skills are a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills. The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including education, experience, certifications, and performance metrics.
