Finance Analyst

An industry leader in renewable energy is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support Sales Operations and business finance activities through comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving financial processes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including GOM, GBF, and Sales Operations teams. This opportunity is in Orlando, FL.

What You Will Do:

• Lead forecast consolidation activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial outlooks.
• Manage and deliver headcount and compensation reporting, including variance analysis and insights.
• Oversee RSU order-entry forecasting, providing forward-looking financial visibility.
• Support Sales Operations Program (SOP) service-level agreement tracking and reporting.
• Provide pricing support and analysis to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Own US-based cost center controlling, including planning, tracking, and variance management.
• Support communications budgeting and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Deliver prescriptive marketing finance support, including ROI analysis and investment optimization.

What You Bring to the Job:

• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FP&A, Sales Finance, or related areas.
• Advanced expertise within a specific finance domain or sub-job family, with the ability to apply knowledge across multiple contexts.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify insights, and influence business decisions.
• Strong professional judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
