Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based pain management strategies.
• Perform a broad range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedural settings.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Coordinate care plans and specialty referrals when appropriate.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record and advanced AI-assisted clinical documentation tools.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and organizational regulations regarding patient safety and controlled substance management.

Qualifications Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Fellowship training through Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or another qualifying specialty
• Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain within days)
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred

• Experience performing interventional pain procedures
• Interest in building a long-term outpatient pain management practice
• Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
• Experience utilizing EPIC or similar electronic health record systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $435,000 $580,000 , based on experience, productivity, and MGMA benchmarks
