Description:

• Using patient satisfaction and experience data to build the hospital’s brand, attract new patients, and manage public reputation.

• This role will drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to advance our mission, strategic plan and business objectives.

• The specialist must demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing, critical thinking, and strategic counseling, and changing environment.

• The Specialist will be involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, media, and content assessment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing experience. Familiarity with Press Ganey a plus.

• Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.

• Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.

• This role must work with multiple tools including AI, the Adobe tools suite and knowledge of Agile processes is preferred.

• This role must also works with complexity, drives strategic influence, and interfacing with the practice.

Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar.

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
