Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer

Grand Pacific Financing Corporation is currently growing its footprint in Texas and is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to help support expansion in the Dallas area. The primary focus of this role is to originate new lending opportunities and build strong, lasting relationships with brokers, investors, and borrowers. You will be responsible for analyzing potential transactions, reviewing borrower financial information, and developing financing structures that meet internal lending criteria. This role requires close coordination with internal departments to move deals through the approval process while ensuring proper evaluation and risk assessment. We are seeking a candidate with strong familiarity in the Texas commercial real estate markets, including Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Experience in underwriting, credit evaluation, and financial analysis is critical for success in this position.
