Dare to learn new skills, advance inyour career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability. Plan and procure bulk raw materials in a on time and full manner to support production needs Manage and reconcile raw materials inventory against SAP, investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies. Identify and proactively address material shortages and potential production disruptions. Communicate production schedules, material risks, and changes across cross-functional teams. Partner with plant material planner to ensure materials are available when needed. Adjust production schedules based on changing priorities, capacity, and material availability. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of production planning, material planning, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The hourly payrange for this role is $28.30 and $33.20. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
