About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for AI Transformation to play a pivotal role in the responsible and strategic integration of artificial intelligence across the organization. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping and leading the company's AI strategy, with a focus on driving transformative activities that align with the business's mission and objectives. This executive will be responsible for building and leading a multi-disciplinary AI Center of Excellence, defining and implementing AI governance processes, and driving firm-wide AI adoption. Key responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities, prioritizing use cases, and leading their implementation, as well as providing direct advice to the C-suite on AI strategy and governance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in innovation or technology governance roles, particularly within the financial sector, and a proven track record of leading large-scale AI and digital transformations. They should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a creative, innovative approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools, as well as professional certifications in project or change management, are essential. The role also requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
