It’s up to you to make it happen.What’s the role:You will lead strategic hiring initiatives across Bloomberg’s Financial Solutions business in the AMER region, with a focus on complex and business-critical roles across the Enterprise Sales organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll shape and execute long-term talent strategies aligned with business priorities.You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, while driving continuous improvement across talent acquisition practices. Alongside managing key searches, you’ll leverage market intelligence, data insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen pipelines and influence hiring decisions.We’ll trust you to:Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for complex, and business-critical roles across Financial SolutionsAct as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing hiring decisions, workforce planning, and talent strategy discussionsBuild deep partnerships with hiring managers, understanding business goals and translating them into effective hiring plansDevelop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market engagementLeverage market intelligence and competitive insights to advise the business on talent trends and hiring strategiesUse data and analytics to assess hiring performance, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvementChampion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience aligned with Bloomberg’s valuesPartner with HR Business Partners, global Centers of Excellence, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive hiring strategyAct as a mentor and role model within the team, contributing to knowledge sharing and capability buildingDrive employer branding initiatives through events, partnerships, and innovative outreach strategiesYou’ll need to have:10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in strategic hiring and stakeholder engagement, ideally in-houseProven experience managing senior-level and complex hiring mandates end-to-endStrong ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across multiple business lines in a matrixed environmentDemonstrated experience designing and executing data-driven recruitment strategies aligned to business objectivesExcellent market mapping, sourcing, and pipeline-building capabilitiesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendationsExceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation skillsExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, and recruiting toolsA collaborative mindset, with high integrity and a commitment to diversity and inclusionAbility to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions with limited informationWe’d love to see:Financial services recruiting experience and/or experience recruiting client facing talentA proven ability to act as a true talent advisor, influencing business strategy beyond hiring deliveryExperience using market intelligence and talent insights to shape hiring approachesStrong storytelling skills, with the ability to present data and insights to senior audiencesA track record of driving process improvements and elevating recruiting practicesExperience across both agency and in-house environmentsSalary Range = 150,000 - 175,000 USD Annual + Benefits + BonusThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
