Facilities Manager

Essential Job Duties: Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including work orders, repairs, maintenance, inspections, facility rounds, and vendor services across multiple locations. Coordinate Environment of Care activities, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety requirements, inspections, and corrective actions to support regulatory and accreditation readiness. Lead Environmental Services operations by supervising staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring cleanliness and quality, and ensuring appropriate cleaning and disinfection standards. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers while maintaining strong relationships, service documentation, and follow-through on facility needs. Oversee organizational fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, records, compliance, and service schedules. Coordinate purchasing and inventory activities for facilities and assigned supplies, including obtaining quotes, managing vendors, monitoring inventory, and supporting cost-effective purchasing. Supervise, coach, and support assigned staff while identifying operational issues, coordinating solutions, and escalating matters requiring leadership direction or additional resources. Experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, Environmental Services, fleet management, procurement, or related operational functions. Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors or contractors. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations. Valid driver's license. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Healthcare, FQHC, or regulated-environment experience. Experience with Environment of Care, regulatory compliance, fleet operations, purchasing, or inventory management.
