Job Title: Assembler 1

Location: (Salt Lake City, UT)

Duration: Contract - 12 months

Pay Range: $18.00/hr (W2)

 

Job Description

We are seeking an  Assembler 1to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with  assembly-line machinery and equipment operation and a proven ability to  maintain quality output and accurate production records .

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment.
• Operate equipment to install parts, components, or sub-assemblies into in-process products.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or rework defective products.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records.
• Cross-train and support multiple production lines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency operating and troubleshooting assembly-line machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail with basic quality control and inspection skills.
• Basic recordkeeping and data entry for production reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or electronics/mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with 5S, lean practices, or basic preventive maintenance.
